Photographs taken of the comet known as NEOWISE.
This once-in-a-lifetime event gave us the rare opportunity to witness a piece of the universe orbiting through our galaxy—passing by Earth, traveling between us and the Sun, and leaving behind a glowing trail of gases illuminated by sunlight.

The next time this comet will pass near Earth won’t be for another 6,688 years from 2020.
Prints are available if you’d like to bring a piece of this cosmic moment into your own space.

The final photo I’ve included is a simple reminder of how small we are in the vastness of the universe.
